Brisk sales spur additional Christmas shows for Barra MacNeils in Halifax and Glace Bay

(Halifax, NS) – Celebrating their 25 years in the music business, Cape Breton siblings the Barra MacNeils are adding new shows to their Christmas tour. A matinee has been added at the Savoy Theatre at 3 pm on Saturday December 22 and a matinee has been added at 4 pm at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium on Sunday December 23.

These four shows complete a two-month coast-to-coast tour of the country for this multi-award winning group. This year, they have released their 16th album – The Celtic Colours Sessions – and recently collected a Music Nova Scotia award for their collaboration on disc with Symphony Nova Scotia.
