The Barra MacNeils are touring this spring 2018 in support of their latest release On The Bright Side; an exquisite collection of everything their fans love. It’s an upbeat album, with fiddle tunes that you know will erupt into a flurry of step-dancing on stage. Christmas show coming to Wolfville on Friday, Dec. 15
The Acadia Performing Arts Series presents The Barra MacNeils East Coast Christmas at Convocation Hall in Wolfville on Friday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. It features the five Sydney Mines musical siblings with a new show full of seasonal favourites, original tunes, songs, stories and dance. The group is working on an album due for release in the spring. On the Bright Side will feature recordings of original and traditional music.
Tickets are $40 for adults, $30 for students. They are available from the Acadia box office, by calling 902-542-5500 or 1-800-542-8425, or visiting the Acadia box office online.

New show added at The Savoy!
Halifax, NS, November 23 2017: Due to popular demand a second show has been added at the Savoy Theatre of The Barra MacNeils Celtic Christmas. The new show is at 7:30 pm on Saturday December 23. Tickets are on sale now at the Savoy box office. Limited tickets are still available for the matinee.

Barra MacNeils bring East Coast Christmas to Toronto
The Barra MacNeils, one of Canada’s favourite bands, will bring a taste of Christmas on the East Coast to the heart of Toronto just in time for the holidays. An East Coast Christmas – 2017 National Tour
The Barra MacNeil’s national Christmas tour makes its way from coast to coast again this year, starting on Vancouver Island, BC November 20th followed by a long string of additional concert dates in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia; finishing up in Glace Bay, NS at the Savoy Theatre on Saturday, December 23.
